McDonald's. Do you have to say something?

I love it 😄 The only thing that annoys me sometimes is that if you rely on having what you ordered in the bag after the MC drive and then half of it is missing.

I like the fries very much There is also a selection of drinks and ice cream, but I like the Burger King burgers more.

Three products ordered one not received at all, got one wrong. Complaint worked great.

The protective measures were very good.

Unfortunately it is very often the case in this branch that the completeness of the order leaves something to be desired. It was always somehow made up for what I think the employees are too good, but it is always annoying to check the order right down to the bottom of the bag. So far, the staff has always approached me in a friendly manner. 👍. If the employees were to concentrate a little more when putting together the orders, more stars would be possible from my side.

Unfortunately, we could only order by car and long queues because of Krona outside. The children in the car got balloons. Despite the cold, ice cream was very tasty.

McDonalds Eleonorastrasse food Waited 20 minutes in the McDrive even though it was only a customer's turn in front of me to get cold, sticky inedible burgers that get stuck in your throat. The ice machine seems to be permanently defective😀. The concept of fast food should be reconsidered as well as the training of the employees who work there. To save you that, I am writing you this review. Better to spend your money elsewhere.

I only advise if you order from McDrive, check your bag immediately. Last I ordered normal fries (€ 2.75). But then at home small fries came out in the bag. Bit annoying.

Burgers are usually cold when I get them and look like they've been there for a while. Nuggets were super hot. It is often very crowded, but the service is fast.

The food wasn't the only thing that made eyes wide at this inn! I really enjoy trying out new places and am always on the search for new places, but I will remain devoted to this place. Find the place to be contemporary for all kinds of events, whether with a significant other, friends or family. The service is constantly striving and always Gallant! My husband and I think the prices are okay.

It takes too long on the display and you don't get a Fischmac menu, you don't understand the service because your knowledge of German is not that good, I thought those working in the kitchen should wear the masks properly and not under their noses at corona times I have one Waited half an hour if it wasn't full I only had one customer in front of me, it really got very bad too soon and with the vouchers it is no longer that it used to be.

Service friendly and fast. I don't have to taste food again. Hamburger tastes like cardboard with a little bit of flavor

Unfortunately I have nothing good to report. I only noticed at home that two dishes had been forgotten. Own stupidity. Trust is good, but control is better. The rest of the food was cold. But really. They won't see me there again. Never again.

So slowly but surely it's too much of a good thing - Certainly, the lagen requirements are not always easy 😷 But on the one hand it should be possible that the employees - speak the German language 🤔. Instead, however, we have a cuddle at the order counter 🚙! in the opposite direction, and at a pace that is only half understood 😬. Then at the counter 🍦🥗🍟🥤 - it seems more important to wish you a good day - than to check the order for completeness 🤨 and when we order ☕☕, we will at least be asked if one Milk and sugar needed. But before you can say anything, the disc is closed 🤨 What do I still have from the "nice day" (at 9 p.m.) if not even this order process works 🍔🥤🤔 Something has to change here 🤗. And on the other hand - Why is it only available in Germany at Mc. Donald no longer has breakfast 🙄 where it still works in the neighboring countries 🤔 And finally - On the one hand, developing plastic waste and alternatives is a good thing 👍 But the milkshake cup 🥤 is so soft that you can hardly hold it 😠. And that cardboard straw!? if you should drink the milkshake with it .... 🥴😖 my goodness, that's a 🤐 feeling 👎! Of course, others may not mind 🤷‍♀️ But whether this is the right alternative to the straw ..... 🤔 Unfortunately not for us 👎

I had something to eat for a while, I felt very well looked after. Food came quickly and was tasty. Staff was friendly and polite. The interior is clean and bright.

We just went there and ordered nuggets and burgers, payed but didn't check until we were home. They took all our money and didn't even include the burgers. Sadly we only found out now but they are the worst. The audacity! Is it so hard to count two burgers? Really? Can you even count? You don't even deserve this one star

Very fast service and friendly employees!

Very quick. The fries came in a larger portion than usual (ordered a small one). The big mac is nice, as always, and the people are quick. Good experience if hunger pangs suddenly hit you!

Cold fries and premade burger who are not fresh

It Is good open during the quarantine however the employees should have their hair covered and should use face mask. That is the most simple thing expected from their customers

Best McDonald's in Essen City. The ice machine is always running, friendly staff and also a free place to eat. Any McDonald's would be like this!

Please bring back the double chicken burger mit honey semf... The sweetchili isn’t as good. I’ll change our review to five stars when it comes back. Please! Until then I have to go to Burger King.
